First Right is a Ofsted registered provider offering short to long term Shared Supported Accommodation ringfenced for care leavers and looked after children aged between 16-17 where we will support the general needs of young people as they progress through adolescence and transition into independence. We cater for their individual needs, in terms of Social, Intellectual, linguistic Cultural, Emotional, independence and Sexual Health. We aim to meet the specific needs of young people as identified in their pathway plan through Multiagency work.

How we work
Our child centred approach ensures young people receive the right level of support they need in a smooth transition into adulthood. We welcome all local authorities and professionals in England to work collaboratively with us in delivering the best possible outcomes for the young people we support.
Referral
We work closely with local authorities, placements offices, commissioning and brokerage and procurement to ensure prior any consideration on both parts there is sufficient consideration.
Consideration
Following communication with social workers, we will then look at the suitability how best we can meet identified needs of the young person. Depending on choice of accommodation look into matching criteria.
Moving In!
At this point there will be a plan of action to be followed as per pathway plans and agreements. Developing healthy relationships at this stage is crucial in the outcomes for young people
